Business aid is granted by the Department for Economy, Tourism and Technology (WST3).
Application for the aid is to be transmitted using the corresponding application form or via online portal. Additional documentation can be mandatory depending on support program.

Evaluation of submitted projects is carried out by case handlers of the department, granting of aid by the respective member of the cabinet. State Aid is granted by contract under private law. First-level-control is carried out by case handlers of the department.
Commercial and touristic enterprises are eligible.
